DESCRIPTION AND HISTORY
This business was formed in 1992 to meet the needs of customers, builders and general contractors that wanted to deal with one company in the design, production and erection of an all steel structure. Over the last 15 years, a long list of satisfied customers have purchased buildings and components from Midwest Steel Sales, Inc.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The company has the engineering knowledge, equipment and employees to design and produce an all steel structure to the specifications of the customer. The materials used in the production of the all steel structure packages include roll formed roofing and siding panels available in 14 different colors which are produced from 26 or 29 gauge steel with a 30 year warranty. Trim pieces are produced from the same material as the roof and wall sheets and they are also available in 14 different colors. The structural framing of each structure is also produced in house from “red” iron which is manufactured for simple bolt together construction once the building reaches the job site. Purlins and Girts are made to order through 1 of 2 vendors. Buildings are delivered to the job site and can incorporate various finish components including overhead doors, insulation, windows, walk through doors and other accessory items. High quality materials used and a focused customer service program in the overall construction process have earned the company an outstanding reputation with its many repeat customers.
